In other words, you get to stay in the safety of your environment while we engage in therapy through an online platform or by telephone. All you need is a secure Internet connection, a private place to talk, and access to a phone, computer, or tablet.

Using teletherapy, we will work through and process life events, emotions, thoughts, and feelings that may be preventing you from experiencing personal growth and clarity. Just like traditional in-person therapy, we will tackle what is keeping you feeling stuck, unfulfilled, or overwhelmed.
